Dana M. Grimes

Dana Grimes is fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers. She is currently the President of the San Diego Criminal Defense Lawyers Club, is on the Executive Board of the American Inns of Court, William B. Enright Chapter, and is a Master of the Enright Inn. Dana is a past President of Consumer Attorneys of San Diego (CASD) and is an Editor-in-Chief of CASD’s publication, Trial Bar News. Dana was voted Trial Lawyer of the Year by the San Diego Criminal Defense Bar Association. Dana has been similarly honored with awards from other trial attorney organizations in San Diego for her work as a criminal defense attorney and for her dedication to the legal community.

Jay Temple

Jay Temple is a certified specialist in criminal law. He is a past President of the San Diego Criminal Defense Bar Association, and he is a member of the San Diego Criminal Defense Lawyers Club. Jay regularly presents CLEs for other defense lawyers and has written articles about defense strategy and developments in criminal law that have been published by criminal defense organizations throughout California. Jay also teaches adjudicatory criminal procedure and other criminal law classes as an adjunct law school professor.

Robert L. Grimes

Bob Grimes is a founding member of Grimes & Warwick. He is a past recipient of the Daniel T. Broderick III Award at the annual trial lawyer Red Boudreau Dinner. He is fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers. He is a Master and past President of the American Inns of Court, William B. Enright Chapter. Bob is also a past President of the San Diego Trial Lawyers Associations, and the San Diego Criminal Defense Lawyers Club. He is a past Vice-President of the San Diego County Bar Association. He served as an Attorney Delegate for the Ninth Circuit Judicial Conference of Federal Judges and on the California State Bar Criminal Law Executive Committee. Bob has received numerous awards for his work as a criminal defense attorney.

Thomas J. Warwick, Jr.

Thomas J. Warwick, Jr. is a founding member of Grimes & Warwick. Tom is a past President of the San Diego County Bar and has received the San Diego Superior Court’s Special Commendation for outstanding service in that role. He is also a Founding Member of the National College for DUI Defense at Harvard Law School. Tom has received multiple awards from the San Diego Criminal Defense Bar Association, Consumer Attorneys of San Diego, and other organizations for his work as an attorney and his service to the San Diego legal community.
